  • Software installation and setup

  • Managed IT services and cybersecurity support

2. Service Authorization

By requesting our services, you confirm that:

  • You are the authorized owner or user of the device, system, or account being serviced.
  • You authorize Techova to perform diagnostics, repairs, configurations, or related services.
  • You understand that some services may involve system changes or access to device information where necessary.

3. Data Responsibility

Clients are responsible for backing up their data before any repair, upgrade, installation,
or technical service is performed.

While Techova takes reasonable care when handling client devices and information,
we are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or damage that may occur during service.
Data recovery is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed as part of the service.

4. Repair and Service Risks

You acknowledge that technical services may carry certain risks, including:

  • Hardware failure during or after service
  • Software conflicts
  • Loss of settings or configurations
  • Issues related to pre-existing device damage

Techova will make reasonable efforts to complete services professionally, but not all devices,
systems, or issues can be successfully repaired or resolved.

5. Payments and Fees

  • All service fees must be paid as agreed before or upon completion of service.
  • Diagnostic fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
  • Quotes are estimates and may change if additional issues are discovered.
  • Additional work will be discussed with the client before proceeding where possible.

6. Turnaround Time

Techova aims to complete services within the estimated timeframe provided. However, delays may occur
due to parts availability, service complexity, third-party vendors, or other factors beyond our control.

7. Warranty on Services

Techova may offer a limited warranty on specific repairs or services where stated.
Warranty coverage does not apply to:

  • Physical damage after service
  • Misuse or negligence
  • New or unrelated issues
  • Virus, malware, or spyware reinfection
  • Third-party software, hardware, or service failures

8. Third-Party Products and Services

Techova may recommend, install, or configure third-party products, platforms, software,
hosting services, or cloud tools. We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes,
policy changes, data practices, or performance issues caused by third-party providers.

9. Website and Digital Services

For website design, development, hosting setup, or digital services, project scope,
deliverables, timelines, and fees will be agreed upon before work begins.

Techova is not responsible for issues caused by third-party plugins, hosting providers,
platform updates, client modifications, or external service interruptions.

10. Cybersecurity Disclaimer

While Techova applies reasonable security practices, no system, website, network, or device
can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Clients are responsible for maintaining safe usage habits,
strong passwords, backups, and ongoing security awareness.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techova shall not be liable for indirect, incidental,
special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, business interruption,
or loss of productivity.

Techova’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.

12. Refusal of Service

Techova reserves the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue service if:

  • A device or system is deemed unsafe or beyond repair
  • Illegal activity is suspected
  • The client provides false or misleading information
  • The client behaves in an abusive, threatening, or inappropriate manner

13. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the issue or service needed
  • Back up important data before service
  • Provide necessary passwords or access only where required
  • Follow recommendations provided after service
  • Pay agreed fees on time

14. Changes to These Terms

Techova may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page.
Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
